Inspired by the word aurora, AuroHer represents light rising from within, just as the dawn softly illuminates the sky.
AuroHer honours the belief that every woman carries her own radiance — a quiet strength and healing energy that can be reawakened through connection to body, nature and inner wisdom. It is a return to balance, vitality, and self, where a woman remembers who she is and begins to shine in her own unique way.

Hello, I’m Elsa
I'm a naturopath, aromatherapist, menstrual cycle coach, and natural fertility awareness educator with a deep love for nature, healing, and women’s wellbeing.
I call the Wimmera region my home, and the farmland is in my roots. Growing up surrounded by nature shaped the way I see health and healing — simple, grounded, and deeply connected to the earth. People have always been my passion, and my dream has long been to empower women to live in alignment with their true purpose and wellbeing.
My work is rooted in the belief that women carry deep wisdom within their bodies. Through education, gentle guidance, and holistic care, I help women reconnect with their natural rhythms, honour their cycles, and return to balance — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
AuroHer is the extension of my heart and my purpose. Created to celebrate all women who shine in their own unique way, AuroHer is inspired by the aurora lighting up the sky in quiet power and beauty. Just as the aurora glows from within, AuroHer invites women to reconnect with their own inner light.
